How to book your DART holiday

There are four easy steps to making a booking.

  1. Find a holiday: take a look at the table above for availability and pricing information.
  2. Contact us: once you’ve found a trip that suits your needs, don’t waste any time – contact us  by email or phone to make an enquiry. We will give you more information and answer any questions you might have.
  3. Complete the forms: Next, you will need to fill in a Risk Assessment Form and a Booking Form  and send them to us (either email: contact@glosdart.co.uk or post: DART, PO Box 6251, Newbury RG14 9NE), we will then check your risk assessment form and process your booking.
  4. Make payment: at this stage, we will take your payment for the holiday by BACS or cheque.

 

About two weeks before your holiday, the trip manager will be in touch to confirm details with you.
